    a. We ship our products to customers in North America and Europe. b. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on the destination country outside of the US. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred.

  3. Order Processing Time:

    a. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

    b. Please note that processing time may be extended during presale, peak seasons, or promotional periods. Any such delays will be communicated to customers.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    a. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

As of now, we are only available in North America and some countries In Europe. We are actively working to be accessible worldwide and in your country.

 

 

RETURNS

Effective Date: June 6th, 2023

Thank you for shopping with Red Earth Denim. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    a. We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date when you received your order.

    b. The item must be in its original condition, including all tags, items, labels, and packaging.

    Return Process:

    a. To initiate a return, please fill out this form within the 30-day return period.

    b. Provide the following information:

    i. Order number ii. Item(s) to be returned iii. Reason for the return.

    Note: For eligible returns, you will receive the necessary information and address to return the items.

  2. Return Shipping:

    a. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

    c. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We can only process a full refund after receiving the package.

  3. Refund or Exchange:

    a. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process either a refund or exchange, based on the customer's preference.

    Note: At the moment, we can only make size or color exchanges for the same item.

    b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

    c. Exchanges will be subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

    d. Please allow 14 days for the refund or exchange to be processed and reflected with your banking institution.

  4. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. However, if the returned item is not in its original condition or shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

      i. Undergarments, including lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

      ii. Personalized or customized items i

      ii. Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

  6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

    a. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order.

    b. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include supporting photographs.

    c. We will arrange for a return label and cover the return shipping costs.

    d. Upon receiving the item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the customer's preference and availability.
